LUMEN BLOOM LLC operates the Lumen Bloom mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
• Account information: name, email address, username, and login identifiers.
• Device and app information: device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
• Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, workout activity, game activity, and related app events.
• Fitness and device data: grip strength measurements, workout history, game scores, achievements, and device connection status, if you use supported device features.
• Purchase information: product IDs, subscription status, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, renewal status, expiration status, cancellation status, and refund status.
2. In-App Purchases
• Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store in-app purchase. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
• We may receive and store purchase-related metadata needed to unlock, maintain, and verify paid features, including product ID, transaction ID, subscription status, renewal status, expiration status, cancellation status, refund status, and entitlement status.
• Subscription cancellation is managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
• Provide app functionality and authenticate users
• Connect supported devices, track workouts, scores, achievements, and app progress
• Unlock paid features
• Verify subscriptions and purchases
• Improve app performance, debug crashes and errors
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, in-app purchase management, cloud hosting, and customer support. These services may process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, process purchases, verify subscriptions, analyze performance, provide support, comply with law, or protect the app from fraud or abuse.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to operate the app, maintain purchase and subscription records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or abuse.
7. User Choices and Account Deletion
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us at support@lumenbloom.io.
• If the app supports account creation, you may also initiate account deletion from within the app. Deleting an account may not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscription cancellation is managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
